Dorset Family History Society will be hosting an online Zoom meeting talk entitled 'SECRETS AND LIES - ADVENTURES IN OTHER PEOPLE'S FAMILY HISTORY' by FRANCES HURD.
Frances is an historical researcher with a background in publishing, heritage and academia. In this talk she will share interesting stories from her research. Every family has its secrets and their impact can last for several generations.
Society Members who have consented to receive information by e-mail will find a meeting invitation link in the latest E-News. If that has not been received it is also available in the password protected Members Area on the website (www.dorsetfhs.org.uk).
Those who do not receive E-News or are not Society Members are welcome to join this meeting and should follow the link on the website www.dorsetfhs.org.uk and select the Liaison option to message us with a request for an invitation link, or directly email liaison@dorsetfhs.org.uk . This request should reach us at least 6 hours before the meeting is due to start, and the link will be sent about 2 hours before the meeting starts. Login is from 19.15 for a 19.30 start.
We welcome a £3.00 donation from each person after they have attended a meeting, payable via the website (see above) on the Society shop.
