Wendy Shepherd will guide us to look at a range of military documents and websites that will help family members
research any military connections. Wendy will also talk about medals, death plaques and photographs of family in
uniform and how to look for clues to identify regiments etc.
Meeting at Broadway House in Orwell Road on Wednesday 11 November 2026 at 1915 for a 1930 start. There is a large, free car park (in the evenings) adjacent to Broadway House, the entrance is in Highfield Road, IP11 7BZ.
There is no charge for Felixstowe Family History Society members. Felixstowe History and Museum Society members and visitors are most welcome; £3 payable at the door. Membership details on our website. Raffle and refreshments after the speaker has given their talk.
