No meeting or drop in session in August but we return on Wednesday 9 September to hold our concise Annual General Meeting. This will be followed by our speaker, Stephen 'Foz' Foster with his talk entitled On Different Wavelengths.
Suffolk broadcaster Foz, looks back at fifty years behind the microphone, working for the BBC, Independent local radio and currently Radio Caroline.
Meeting at Broadway House in Orwell Road on Wednesday 9 September 2026 at 1915 for a 1930 start. There is a large, free car park (in the evenings) adjacent to Broadway House, the entrance is in Highfield Road, IP11 7BZ.
There is no charge for Felixstowe Family History Society members. Felixstowe History and Museum Society members and visitors are most welcome; £3 payable at the door. Membership details on our website. Raffle and refreshments after the speaker has given their talk.
