By exploring the places where our ancestors lived, worked, played and died we can add depth to their stories. In this session we will explore a range of resources and institutions that will help us learn about places, both physical and invisible where our ancestors belong. (Jill will talk about wikitree and its wonderful categorizations, local museums, surname and one place studies, cemeteries, archives etc., highlight a few books, include DNA matches etc. , clubs, religions.
