The writing process for her family history book.
I didn’t know much about my father’s Wall family, having been born in Papua New Guinea and growing up on remote plantations. Once I was sent to boarding school in Australia, I grew to know my father’s immediate family, his father, and siblings but apart from them they were a mystery. In 2018, I started researching my father’s Wall family. One cousin led to another before I met Graham Wall, a distant cousin, who had researched the Walls for nearly 20 years—prior to the internet. Graham’s sources were mostly direct from family descendants as well as BDM etc.
